A note from Ashley…
We are so thrilled to be a part of the Prior Lake, MN community. I’ve been doing pilates for over 20 years. It is such a safe haven during my valleys with chronic illness & healing a herniated lumbar disc. Pilates is a gentle and supportive form of movement – and I always look forward to doing it knowing I’ll feel better after. Outside of Everyday Pilates, you can find me spending time with my husband Andrew, our Pomeranian Teddy, and other family & friends. I love Jesus, clean/low-tox living, traveling, skincare (I’m also a licensed esthetician!) and singing. I can’t wait to meet you!
Everyday Pilates firmly believes that pilates is movement for everybody – regardless of your current fitness level. I am comprehensively trained on all apparatus by Balanced Body. I’m deeply thankful to Joseph Pilates for this innovative form of movement.

With over five years of experience in the fitness industry, I’m a Pilates instructor passionate about natural health, mindful movement, and overall wellbeing. My approach focuses on building strength, stability, and balance to support both daily life and active lifestyles. Outside the studio, I enjoy running, good food, coffee, and spending time with family/friends. I believe a healthy body is built through consistency, nourishment, and movement you enjoy.

Pilates Instructor
I have been practicing Pilates for over 4 years now and my approach to Pilates is rooted in helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and more at ease in their bodies. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to create thoughtful, intentional sessions that meet you where you are and support your individual goals—so you can move better, feel better, and live better. When I am outside of the studio you’ll find me as a dental hygienist or chaperoning dogs to weddings. I also have two golden retrievers of my own that keep my hands full!

As a dancer, I discovered Pilates, and haven’t stopped since! My classes are rooted in my contemporary Pilates training through Balanced Body. You’ll leave my class feeling challenged, balanced, and ready for what the rest of your day has in store. Outside the studio, find me on the rink or cooking up a new recipe.

Integrating a Pilates practice into my life has been such a blessing. Using what I’ve learned and experienced to serve and empower others is why I love to teach. From strengthening mind-body connection to improving overall quality of movement and posture, and so much more in between; Pilates can be more than just a workout. I received my comprehensive certification through Peak, and am classically trained on mat, reformer, chair, tower and barrels. Outside of the Pilates studio I also practice massage therapy. I enjoy strength training, reading, hiking and soaking up sunshine. I’m very passionate about my faith, family, life-giving relationships and holistic health and wellness. I hope I get the chance to be a part of your pilates practice/wellness journey!

Pilates Instructor
I discovered Pilates through my competitive figure skating career about 10 years ago, and it became a big part of my daily training routine. Practicing Pilates weekly has provided me with so many benefits including muscular strength and balance, mind body connection, and improved posture and flexibility. I am so excited to share these amazing benefits with all of my clients! Outside of the studio you can find me skating or hanging out with friends, family, and my pets!
